Default Golden Flute

You’ll see a ‘starburst’ of light on the wine glass in this picture.

I don’t think that’s a fault. Some editors don’t like glare on glass; nor do I. A small glint of light is ok by me.

This is a golden flute with candles and a cut flower ; all shot in the dark , no flash or strobe used.

Be careful if you use a flash on glass even with softbox or other filter: glare happens ! Canon 60D at 50mm ; f/22 for 11 seconds; ISO 125. This is lit with a spotlight brushing the still-life scene.

Thanks for looking. I'll answer all questions.

Very nice shot... looks like a picture from a magazine.
