    Default I love the city!

Hey all, these are my first cityscape photos. I was up for a good while until the wee hours of the morning because I was so hyped up from taking these pictures and editing them lol

    My Brooklyn Bridge

    Manhattan from Brooklyn

I used a 20 second exposure on the Brooklyn bridge pic and a 30 second exp on the cityscape at f/14. 35mm, ISO 200 both taken around 11pm so it was dark out.
    I used a canon 7D with kit lens EF28-135mm.

For the Brooklyn Bridge pic i used a gradient with transparency and added a purplish color and used the dodge tool for the bridge to bring out some detail. For the cityscape it was a failed attempt at HDR. It didnt come out exactly how I wanted but i still loved how it came out.

    Nice pictures. Thanks.

I wasn't born to follow, nor was I born to lead; I was merely born to choose-- and choose...I did.

Really nice job. Gosh, how I miss NY and the view from Brooklyn.

Very nice pics. I wish I had a cityscape like that to shoot. Here we have about 2 buildings that aren't even close to skyscrapers.
    Very nicely done.
