Default Scottish Lighthouse

I took this photo on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, particularly near Kyleakin.
I'm pretty sure I had a shutter speed of 100 but I'm not completely sure because my trial of lightroom expired and it told me all of my settings because I normally don't check them as I snap constantly.
I used a Canon Rebel t2i with a 55-250mm Canon telephoto lens.
I wanted to have some of the ocean in the picture in order to contrast with the red and yellow in the lighthouse.
I edited it using adobe lightroom. I sharpened the photo and boosted the color a bit.
I was hoping to achieve the right balance of the sea and the lighthouse and the colored parts of the lighthouse.
The balance I would say because I was extremely happy with how it turned out.
If I could have taken it from a higher perspective I might have been able to get more of the mountains. I also could have straightened the photo, but I had tried straightening it while editing but the rocks and the red bridge are both at different straightness levels so either way it looked rather tilted.

If you want to see more of my pictures from my trip to Scotland check them out on picasa.

Well I used a telephoto so I didn't crop it. But there was just water to the left. It was raining almost every day except this one. Thanks!
