My 1st attempt at light painting,the flashlight was dying out on me so I picked the best of 5 shots. I just passed the light beam around the flowers from 3 feet away during the 6 second exposure. Exposure 6 sec. f-4 iso 400 40mm Post Processing,just darkened area around chair.

Only suggestion would be to set a custom white balance with the flashlight first.

Thanks!!...I will definitely do the White Card custom WB on my next ones but I like the way the odd white balnce is here because it shows a purple blue from led,and does strange saturation to red flowers.:-)
I turned up the WB in Lightroom but diddnt like it so i just left it WB was 6,000 here.
