Default Sea shells by the Sea shore.. I mean by the counter top

Stick a small penlight flashlight in the end of a sea shell, turn off the lights in the room and snap away! The first one I used the kit lens (18-55) with extension tubes. Exposure was 1/80, ISO 100.

This one I used just the kit lens, no extension tubes. Exposure 13sec, ISO 200.

What a great idea! Must give it a go sometime, good excuse for beach combing first - not that I ever need an excuse to go to the beach!
Thanks for sharing.
