Default Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle

I was shooting photos for a wake boarding company called Wake Maui off the coast of Lahaina, when this little guy popped his head up. The water was flat and clear that day which game me more time to set up my shot. Shot at 171mm on my kit telephoto lens that came with my Canon xti.

Now that's what I consider to be a shot taken at the perfect moment. Which lens do you have? 171mm is not much of zoom

it was the 55-250 mm Canon. 5.6. The IS probably helped tons!

Oh, great catch. I love the look/color of the water, and the turtles open mouth.
