I have been asked to take pics in a yoga studio wall to wall glass, the owner wants 26 poses but done so you cant see her just have them black but crystal clear, anyone have any tips, i have a canon 550d, 50mm 1.4, kit lens 18 - 135, speedlite 580exii and elincrom bxri studio lights

For silhouette, you will need to meter your camera for the background light. In your case the background light can either be from your speedlight or studio-lights.

Interesting challenge. Maybe the easiest would be to create the silhouettes in post. The downside is it will probably look like you created the silhouettes in post. In camera, you would need to expose for the background but avoid any light on the subject. Power up the lights on the background and flag the lights so she is not getting any spill from the light(s) and maximize the distance she is from any walls which might bounce back light. Use your fastest sync shutter speed to reduce the influence of the ambient. Power up the lighting to give you a small aperture but there is a point where you can have too much light as it will just bounce too light all around the room. You'll have to find that balance when in the space.

Or maybe you could do it like shadow puppets. Have some sort of white screen in front of her with lights lighting her from the back.
