Default Light painting Bmw Z8

Back in september I took a trip in Spain where a friend of mine has a BMW Z8. (you know, the one from the james bond movie..)

I've read here and there about light painting, and i thought i'd give it a try. Here are the results.

So this was the first picture I took. I took the flashlight of my cell phone, and just gave some light to certain parts

Afterwards, we went down to a beautiful place at the harbor where I made these shots.

I set my camera into bulb, and just start running around the car flashing my flash (oh yeah), and accentuating some parts with my cell phone flash. When I was ready, I ran back to the camera and closed the shutter.

It needs improvement (you can often see my ghost shade in the picture + the red light of the flash) but it was really worth the try!

Thank you!

The opening was between 20 and 30 seconds at f/4 :-)

What did the camera meter at 20s and f/4? That seems almost overexposed - I assume you were using ISO 100?
