Thanks to Zach for the hints on blending in posting. I picked up a trial copy of photoshop cs5 and used the layer masking opacity setting to insert a digital transparent poolball #5 into one of my original raw photos(takes a lot of work to get sizing right). This gives me a lot of new ideas on transparent layer overlays. look for more from me in the future with people shots.

Very cool. I did the same thing with me once. Open the shutter, walk into frame quick and stop for a few seconds. Back out of frame. Makes you look like a ghost. You could do the same with two different shots, one with person and one without from same place and just make one semi transparent, but doing it out of Photoshop is more fun.
