New here, need some ideas!

Hey guys. My AP Studio Art 2d Concentration is going to be 100% digital slr photography. What I need is to find some techniques that really push my SLR to its limits.

My concentration is "Anxiety". The 12 photos are going to evolve over time. The photos over time will become less focused on the technique of what the camera is doing, and more on what the photo actually represents. It's hard to put into words, but the example would be that Photo 1 would be something very abstract and camera technique-based, such as a motion blur type image, but then Photo 12 would be a standard portrait shot, but in the shot "anxiety" is represented perfectly.

So what are some techniques that would suit anxiety?
