![]() Camera Canon EOS REBEL T2i Exposure 0.077 sec (1/13) Aperture f/16.0 Focal Length 55 mm ISO Speed 100 Exposure Bias 0 EV Flash Off, Did not fire Took this picture of my girlfriend ice skating. As you can see I used a slightly longer exposure, because i wanted a sense of motion in the scene. She stayed in focus because I kept her in the same place in the frame while she was skating by, and since i was moving the camera the background was blurred. This technique is not for the impatient, as I took about 20 shots before i kept her in the same spot in the frame for the full exposure. Good luck and happy shooting!

That's the idea, as i described. But, the key is to stay on your subject well enough that they aren't blurred as well.
