Wink Rainbow Drops

For some reason I choose to call this Rainbow Drops

Rainbow on Drops

This Image is my version of something I saw on DPS.

The Image is composed by taking a DVD and then placing drops of water as the photo. Then take the DVD and place it near a light source. In this case I placed it near a window at home which had some (not much) sunlight coming in.

Then you will need to adjust the drops to the place where you see colour on the DVD. Just simply rotate the disc. You will know when you try it..

EXIT data as :

Exposure 0.125 sec (1/8)
Aperture f/8.0
Focal Length 9.2 mm
ISO Speed 200
Exposure Bias 0 EV
Flash Off, Did not fire

Feedbacks awaited

I can understand the name lol, the colors look great, as do the drops. This is definitely on my list of things to try. TFS.

Nice one. This would be cool as a macro shot, right in on a drop or two.

Very nice! It's fun to play around and see what we can come up with.

Here is one I did a while ago, it is 5x magnification of a single drop.

I did this a while back too. I used a red light source to illuminate the whole thing red.

Be-Dazzle!

It can be achieved by using this lens MP-E65mm f/2.8 1-5 x Macro Photo.

Default rainbowdrops

Great surreal shot.
I wouldn't have known that it was sitting on a DVD.
