Default Car Travelling At Night

I took this image by panning my camera whilst a taxi passed my apartment.
The car is a bit soft but I'm working on my focusing

It keeps saying that my .jpg is not a valid image file. Does anyone know why that keeps happening?
Here is the image link on my Flickr account.

Just attach the image straight from your flickr... Easiest way

Right click on the image in Flickr and copy the location
then click the little yellow icon with the mountains at the top of your post box and paste the link there.

Thanks so much
I'd never tried this technique before so I was quite pleased with the results.
