water shots

here goes my first post on DPS...
The other day while using my water hose and making neat water patterns by waving the hose (I'm sure we've all done that I wondered on how I could capture those patterns on camera.

So I went out at night and using my flash on a Canon SD 700 IS I took a bunch of photos of the water streaming out of the hose. It was tricky doing this by myself, and I will try again with some help, but it stays light for so long here in Northern BC (Canada) that everyone else in the house is sleeping

Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this. BTW..I also have CHDK loaded on my Canon ( look it up if you don't know what this is, very neat), so I will try more photos using various CHDK features.
