Default A "different" Self Portrait.

Tagged SP

Camera: Canon EOS 50D
Lens: Sigma 10-20mm
Exposure: 0.01 sec (1/100)
Aperture: f/8.0
Focal Length: 10 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire
Timer: 10Sec.
Focus: Auto

Just another very simple photo. Here is what I did:

1. I chose f/8.0 for a good DOF and shutter speed of 1/100 for some minimal blur.

2. Set the camera on my dashboard (@10mm) sitting on top of the rubber of my strap so it wouldn't slide.

3. Partially pressed the shutter to focus, then fully pressed to start the timer. Captured at about 45mph.

Please note that this photo was pre-setup and was shot down a rural country road with no other vehicles around. Do not touch the camera while driving. Be careful...safety first.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Patrick! It does take a while to get one that looks good. Thankfully this was one out of about 15.

I like it, but personally would've left off the seatbelt .. but that's just me.
