The way the cars are moving, I'd say this is in Europe! Cool! Going to have to try this sometime (plenty of bridges in Pittsburgh).

it's normal. just like a camera, when the lens is open wide you can see a trail of light because a lot of light is being let through. when it's dark your irises open up wide to collect as much light as possible. as a result, you see the light trail. don't worry everyone gets it.
