My eight year old and I tried this. We had a little trouble at first, but finally figured out that we had to use the autotimer, then turn the light out. I hope it is okay to post two pictures here. If not, I will take one off! By the way, we had a blast and spent a good hour light painting! Awesome quality time!

The first picture was before we had figured out the auto timer trick. I am going to try to do another one of these with her face visible. She's trying to spell her name! Kinda like the way it looks like it curves.

This second picture was probably the best we got. Even though I am a teacher, I couldn't get the hang of writing in air and making the words look right. I was trying to spell Leona, my name. LOL !! I will definetly try this again.

i kept trying, but the handwrittings end up messy,
how do you guys all make it so artistic,
just practice after practice,
or is there any technique for it?

just image your writing on something, once you started there isnt any going back!
