Amy,

I happen to like the flash and the effect you were going for. I guess it would have been standard procedure to have her head cover the flash but that would be less imaginative. Very well done and different.

I also like the effect you've generated Amy. It looks somehow more authentic, less staged with the flash showing the way it does. If the flash were obscured, that authenticity would certainly be lost.

a pocket wizard is like a walkie-talkie for your flash and camera. you can have off-camera flash this way!
