Never. Unless we count the mandatory high school yearbook photographs.

I was talking to some photo buddies about this over the weekend and one of them reminded me about a post from Zack Arias back in November. He hired another photographer to do his family portraits: Zack Arias – Atlanta based editorial music photographer » Our Family Portraits :: By David E. Jackson

Facebook pictures! That reminds me, one of my friends has a picture of Otto messing with me while I'm shooting, I need to get that.

Last time I paid for a photo of myself, with the exception of photobooths for Passports, visas etc, was 11years ago when I graduated from Uni.

I have a mirror at home and I know that I don't want photos of me around the house.

.... well maybe one above the fire would help to keep young children from burning themselves

August 2009 - my wedding.

I probably would have tried to take the shots myself if I could.

That said, I used a photog that I have worked with in the past, and, even then, I did all the PP and designed my own album.

I still think he charged me too much
