Hosting for Coppermine or Gallery2?

I was wondering if anybody uses Coppermine or Gallery2 for their web-gallery and, if so, what hosts you have tried? I don't really want to spend more than $5 a month (preferrably less because it is just for a personal, non-commercial site, but with the features I need that may be difficult). I will do the installation myself, I don't want to use a host-provided installer. I shouldn't need more than a Gigabyte or two in storage.

Any advice would be appreciated, whether it's suggestions on who to use or avoid. For websites like this I used to use 110mb.com but they no longer have free MySQL and I would not really want to pay for their service.
