Help with Photo Calendar

I'd like to take some of my pictures from this year's photowalks and turn them into a 365 day calendar for 2011. The problem is, I can't find a site that will do it. I don't want to do it myself, and I figure it will be expensive, but I think it would be a cool thing to do.

Any suggestions? Has anyone ever done this before?

Have you looked at Shuttercal - Welcome to ShutterCal ? I think it's pretty neat. It's a shoebox form, but they look so darn cool that I'm contemplating making sure I put a bit of money away throughout my 365 so that if/when I finish I can order one.

I did calendars for my family for Christmas and they turned out so awesome. I used Boots.
