This could have been lucrative for both of us... Now look what you've done.

I guess I'll just have to take your lunch money as well!!

En garde!

I am SO telling my brother... and he's big!

I've been a DPS follower for months. I love the site, but I was looking for a real regimented type of class.

And I don't have stamps to send my change...

DPS + Wiki + Google
+ practice, practice, practice...
There is not much you can learn by schooling. all you need is passion and patience, some knowledge bases, maybe a pro photographer who can give you advices and critique your shots. and challenge yourself all the time.

I suggest Kelby Training and Lynda. They're fairly inexpensive, and well worth the price. Certainly you can get a lot of information for free, but convenience is worth something too and both of these sites are VERY convenient.

I use Kelby Training and its pretty nice. Im really a visual learner so watching a video done by a pro does help a lot. You can also find some good stuff on You tube.

Im also enrolled at the Art Institute of Pittsburg, I will say that so far I have learned a few things and its nice to have some structure, but I have not learned more then what I could find on this site or another with some time and research. However, the Navy pays for some of my schooling so I might as well take advantage while its free!

Another couple of sites I have found but not really done any research on are these.

The Perfect Picture School of Photography

There might be someone on here that has used these sites and could comment.
