Default Hot photography related!!!

Its not photo related, but got home today and inftalled my new Visio 55", 240Hz , true LED TV on a nice wood and glass stand that the TV swivels on and hooked up the
Sony dvd/cd player with surround sound. I may have to quit shooting photos and just sit here and watch TV all day and all night. ITS FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!!

LOL. I got a 52" about 5 years ago and my wife today doesn't know how we would do with something smaller. And I love the HD. Movies and sports will never be the same without it. It is just remarkable. Congrats on your new system. You will wonder how you ever got along without it.

Oh, and it doesn't stop me from shooting. But displaying my photos is a whole different ball game. It is truly amazing on the HD Big Screen.

Upgrading from a 52" will be more difficult. I went from 54" to 65" and the novelty wore off in less a day.

I guess I'm not much of a TV person.

The biggest TV in our house is 27", and its not even a flat screen.

52" is big enough for our home. My wife and I love movies and it really gives us a theater experience. Can't see going bigger then that given the space we have.

OMG you poor person.lol
I dont watch much TV either but nothing can beat the 65" flat screen HD tv with a blue ray player and surround sound.

Congrats on your new tv, you are gonna be hooked. Now, load your photos onto the screen and prepare to be really in awe

We have a 47", and when we were shopping for a big tv, I asked a salesman, based on the distance we would be from the screen, what size should we get. His response was a minimum of 52". Our 47" is big enough in our opinion, and that is all that counts.

Haven't bought into the whole Blue Ray thing, I haven't decided if it's worth it to replace my entire DVD collection. I know that SD DVDs will play on a Blue Ray player, but I can't justify replacing a perfectly good player.

Mine too, and it's even a CRT.

How about this one?? It's longer side (I don't know the diagonal) is 238 cm, that is 93 inch. It's a Sharp HD LCD.
And the price, some 190 000 $.
