Default A very overpackaged Christmas

First: Merry Christmas! if you celebrate it (or happy Friday! if you don't )

It was a small Christmas for us this year, but I am now the proud owner of a second battery for my Nikon. Turns out it's mighty complicated to run that EN-EL9a. I mean, look at all the directions!

The instructions on how to properly use the battery ("Take out of plastic holder. Place in camera.") come in no less than 26 languages.

Have a great day!

(How did they even manage to FIT that many instructions inside such a tiny box?!)

Ottaa pois muovikotelo. Laita kamera.

The instruction manuals that come with Nikon stuff baffles me.

Yikes!

The gas powered weed trimmer I received came with less instructions than that (and in only three languages)! Of course it has a warning (and I kid you not) that says "keep rotating blade away from feet and genitals".

I'm having nightmares on why they put that in there...

I think I'll stick with photography. According to my camera manual, all that I can do is electrocute myself.

Merry Christmas!
