Weekly Poll: Are you making any photography related New Years resolutions?

I resolve to do two things:

1) Get out more often with the camera.

2) Improve the quality of my photography both technically and artistically.

Number one should be fairly easy - number 2 could be difficult!

My photography resolution is to simply get better at what I love to do.

I'd also really love to learn more about CS2, I barley know enough to be dangerous at this time.

I am not a fan of New Years resolutions. If I can put something off to the turn of the year to start, I probably won't carry on with it very long. However, I have some ongoing projects that I plan to continue with (like fiftytwo) and also some new gear that I want to learn to make the most of.

Yep:

1) read a photography book a month (some practical, and some context and history).

2) exhibit my work somehow (I'm thinking cafe not gallery, but even that seems daunting)

3) go to my local Flickr meetup

I'm going to set up a website to try to sell some of my photos. I've also enrolled in a couple of classes nearby and plan on taking classes all year long to learn as much as I can. And last, but not least, I made a list of trips I want to take just to shoot. They are not on the calendar yet but will be soon!

I did actually resolve to start the Project 365. I'm already three days in located here.

I am very excited to start the project, and I think it will force me to improve my photography techniques and get those creative juices flowing.

I also resolve to learn at least one new technical aspect of digital photography or photoshopping each week.

I resolve to improve my knowledge of the technical aspects of photography thereby increasing my skill (well, one can hope! lol!) I have spent most of the past year flying by the seat of my pants rather than educating myself. I would love to take a formal photography class this year. I'd also like to know what the projects are that you guys are speaking of?

UPDATE....(Deet-ta-deeeee) I think she's got it! lol! 365 (one shot a day) 52 (one shot a week) I found the flickr sites. I can tell I'm under the weather and a bit ditzier than usual.
