Default I'm Livid!! Non photog related.

I am furious! My son is mad on Sonic the Hedgehod and for months and months I've been after Sonic costume age 10 and everywhere is sold out. Even tried ebay - no luck. Anyway, after spending months checking stock levels I have now found a company that had one in stock and paid the premium 3 day postage (on Wed 9th Dec) to make damn sure it gets here before Christmas. It still hadn't arrived by Monday 14th Dec so I phoned and the woman apologised and said it hadn't been sent out yet and and as a gesture of good will refunded the postage and said she would send it out ASAP. Well it turned up today aged 5-6 My son is devistated and I am beyond angry!! Its Christmas Eve on Thursday and I want that costume in the size I ordered!!

Just phoned them up can't get hold of anyone so sent a shitty email.

What a nightmare. I sympathise with you, been there seen the movie and got the t-shirt. This year has gone without these problems so far appart from still waiting for a couple of CD from Amazon and CD wow. My son is now collecting the Sonic comics and Japanese books.

Hope you get it sorted.

I'm getting it sorted. Spoke to a nice friendly lady who sympathized and said that for some reason when you order the order goes throught to despatch and doesn't actually give a size required so they just send out a size they think you want. Not much help there when on the website it gives you a drop down size chart to specify.

She also said they are having new stock delivered tomorrow and will send it do me by special delivery so it will be here on Wednesday.

I just hope it fits now after all this hassle.

I have this problem every year. Last Christmas I had trouble getting hold of the play doh Ice Cream Factory for my daughter and now they are everywhere 2 a penny!

I hope that you get the correct size in time! I know how it can be when trying to get that something special for a child!
