Default It's snowing here!

I know it's not much of a big deal for some of you, but here in the south east of England everything will grind to a halt with the 10cm predicted. So... I'm taking my camera with me when I go to work in the morning (At least I'll be in the car, last time it snowed bad I was on my motorbike and it took three hours to do 12 miles - didn't fall off either! )

We've had a thin covering of snow overnight. The kids are excited.

Everthing grinds to a halt in this country when we get a few snow flurries I was watching the news the other night and the headlines was "heavy snow forcast - 4 inches expected". WTH? not like four FEET expected!

Fresh snow and white fluffy clouds against a blue sky here. My favourite kind of weather....and I'm on my way to pick up my new camera

Pfft! Try again. 4 inches barely slows down the seniors over here

Rather surprisingly everything didn't grind to a halt like it usually does. All the schools closed but being the last day I don't suppose anything was lost education-wise! Apart from that and a few accidents on the roads things seemed to go as normal... blimey, we might be turning into Canadians!
