Default New Baby!
Just to let everyone know that Christy,my wife and best friend, and I are having another girl in the morning. I will have some photos up as soon as I can. Hit a scratch off lotto ticket so I went and purchased a Nikkor 35mm f/1.8, so I can't wait to use it. Talk to you soon!

Jamie, I am so happy and excited for you! I cannot wait to see photos. Keeping my fingers crossed and praying for an easy and safe delivery, and a happy, healthy baby.

PS: I'm jealous you got a 35mm, that is SO on my wishlist, LOL!

Thank you Susan! i went to get the 50 mm but doesn't af on the d5000.

The 35mm will allow you to shoot in tighter quarters, which is why I want one. Still anxiously awaiting pics!!!!

Congratulations!!! Best wishes for a smooth delivery. You'll have her off roadin' in the Jeep in no time. I'll be keeping an eye out for the pictures of your new little one!

Congratulations to you Jamie and your wife.

As the father of five (5) children (4 of them girls) and two granddaughters, I know the joy and excitement you're feeling.

So close to Xmas too. I can tell you Dec is a hectic month in our house, as three of my girls were born that month, the 4th, 22nd, and 28th. Add Xmas and three B'days together and you can just imagine....
