boring, non creative, unimpressive. I don't know........another twist to the same old photography of drops of food coloring in the water trick. Maybe a new art form, but poorly executed.

Haha that may be, but do you know the name it when you have a photo with two three or sometimes 4 pictures (in a square) in the same photo?

It has a name I'm sure i just can't remember it.

Lol, ignore Jim! He probably needs his coffee.

It's called a collage, multiple photos in one frame.

Also called a diptych or a triptych with two or three pictures combined. I suppose four could be a....quadtych?

Not quite:
polyptych (4 or more)
OR
tetraptych (4), pentaptych (5), hexaptych (6), heptaptych (7), and octaptych (8).

Thanks. I knew quadtych didn't sound quite right.

yup, you're right.......no coffee upon waking up makes Jim grumpy. I had to get up early to get my son off to a wrestling tourney at 4:15 a.m. Should be a law against that sort of thing, without a first cup of java in the a.m. One picture on top of another...layered, image mapping, dissolve, overlay? BTW, he's 6 wins and one loss.Hopefully I'll get some pictures of him this afternoon and posts some.

Composites, actually. Making one image using several images. Hence the comments on the proper term for a more-or-less-than-tryptich.
