I received a Canon rebel Xti 12 and a polorizer filter for xmas, and am in the process of trying to learn how to use it. This is a bit tough after using a point and shoot. I do want to learn how to take photos other than just aiming and cliking.

Indirectly, i am getting some sort of equipment for my photography,

I am hopefully getting some waterproof trousers to fix on my wellies so i can do some more nature photography around wet areas, without getting my feet wet, i am also getting a surprise gift from my brother-in-laws mother, who only knows i like photography, (thats all she knows about me lol ) so hopefully some gift vouchers,

All my family are getting photographs in frames this year, 9 apertures each, personalized for each person,

I am contemplating upgrading to a dslr in January too, which would be my gift to me from me,

ike,

I sent my husband the Singh Ray website, because I was really wanting the Blue and Gold polarizer to play with.

He said they don't ship to Canada.

I handed him the phone. They DO ship to Canada!

So I am getting that gorgeous filter for Christmas.

And also a book - I had ordered one from Amazon for a photo-friend for her Christmas, and decided I would like one too! Both she and my husband are amazing gardeners - so:
"Fine Art Flower Photography"
Tony Sweet

Merry Christmas, everyone!

I have a feeling Santa's bringing me a Canon 50mm 1.4, and a bunch of BH gift cards.
