Beware ClickInks Holiday Photo Contest

This "contest" is a photo grab.

Every photo you send to them, you lose all rights to. You relinquish all copyright and usage rights. Technically, you can't even print them ever again without the permission of ClickInks. Whether you win or not.

From the rules:

You waive any claims of ownership or copyright protection with the photos you submit.

Sounds great! Where do I enter? I have some really "artsy" shots that are out of focus, over exposed and with bad composition. I'd be happy to give away my rights to those.

It now reads "By submitting your images, you grant Clickinks.com the right to use your image on our website, online publications, email newsletters or in any other manner we desire, along with credit to you as the winning photographer."

as well as this section -

"Copyright Notice:

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please contact Clickinks.com immediately. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights."

I'm unsure about it and whether I'll submit. (if the rules were changed once on the site, they could easily change again after I submit) and I really question what DSLR they are giving away if they won't even name it - it may be the camera I already have. *shrug*
