Default Flickr Question

I've been searching my settings in Flickr, but I can't seem to find any solution.

How do I set my Photostream so that viewers can only see the "preview" (for the lack of a better word) size of my photos. I've seen several Photostreams where the "All Sizes" button on the photo page is not there.

Can I control that? Am I missing something?

I think you have to set it so no one can download your pictures.

Yep, under settings, go to Who can download my stuff, and set that to anything other than Everyone. For example, I have mine set so that contacts can view larger sizes.

Oh, geez. Why didn't I realize that? Haha.

Thank you!

I think it's annoying that I can't let people see things bigger without giving them the option to download. Meh.

That is just how the internet works. If you can see it, you already downloaded it. What is anoying is that flickr won't let you hide all the size apart from the original.

Well sort of, it's more about the "download this file" link for me.

In my experience most people are familiar enough with right clicking to get the file that way if the "Download this" button did not exist.

Me too.
As said by fletch, seen it, you downloaded it. It's finding it and getting it that matters. Average joe won't know how to do that. But, anyone can click a button that says "Download".

Anyone can right click and press copy or save image as or simply drag the picture to their desktop. Infact I doubt the download button is even the most used method of saving a copy of the picture.
