Default Tethered shooting
I want to experiment shooting tethered. I have a Canon 30D, what do I need to download to do this?

Don't Canon camera come with some software for this bundled with the camera? You can probably download it from Canon.

You need the Canon Software that came with your camera, it's imperative you kept the CD, because that's what Canon uses to determine if you own a license... Even if you download the software, it will ask for the CD, you may be able to retrieve a license by calling canon and using the serial number for you camera? Perhaps you could borrow one from a friend with a Canon Camera? The actual software used for tethered shooting is called "EOS Utility."
