Default Photographic Therapy: a Free eBook by Rolando Gomez

I have a ton of book and one of the guys whose book I have is Rolando Gomez. He is giving away a free eBook called "Photographic Therapy – The Power of Photography to Help Build or Re-Build Self-Esteem".
The book goes into some stories and some techniques, and is a pretty darn cool book. I have always thought about us as photographers being more than just photographers as certain times.
I did a post on it on my blog here:
Photographic Therapy - A Free Photography Book - by Rolando Gomez

He started a new website called Free Photography Books, Photo Books, Rolando Gomez, Photographic Therapy, Photo Tips
Sign up there to hear more about other free eBooks.

But you can get the ebook from this link here:
http://www.garageglamour.com/freepho...ephotobook.pdf
(right click:save as)

He also talks about the book here:
Phototherapy, Photographic Therapy, Therapeutic Photography–Yes, it’s Real! | Rolando Gomez Photographer

I just did a preview of my post, I guess the forum software picks up the title and keywords from other posts that are linked? anyway sorry for the ugly URL titles, I blame it on the software.

I just wanted to know if anyone else downloaded this free eBook and enjoyed it as much as I did?
Thanks,
Larry

I downloaded it, but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. From what I did see it looks quite good.

I have downloaded it but didn't have time to read it. I browsed through the TOC and it seems ok. I've noticed there are a lot of pictures of women. Will read it. Thanks for sharing with us!

Wow, I only just caught this post Darkman - I mostly hang out in Share Your Shots, I'm trying to branch out so I don't miss the good stuff elsewhere.

Thanks for the links - I'll certainly check them out. I definitely agree about photography being therapeutic though - there's not much I enjoy more than getting outside with my camera.

Alright so I started reading this, and I'm not really close to finishing but I am working through it a little here and there.

I tend to be really interested in stuff like this.. how people react to certain things, how behaviors can change.. etc. I love the parallels he draws between self confidence and self esteem and a photoshoot. I will continue to read and return to comment more as I read more.

Has anyone else read it? Or started it?

OK. I'm downloading. Looks a lot like "The Zen of Motorcycle Maintenance" so far but I'm keeping an open mind. Some good stuff so far.
