Default Unbelievable!! I won something!
Just got back from the local camera club portrait of the year competition and I only BLOODY WON the digital competition!!! To say I am speechless is an understatement! There were so many great entries I was regretting having entered and then my picture got down to the last seven, then the last three and then WON! I'm gonna bang my head on the wall to wake myself up! I never win anything!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Thank you to everyone who critiqued in that section because without your input I wouldn't have tried again with it. THANK YOU!

Here is the WINNING entry (sorry, I'm so hyped up over it, I can't stop saying it - WINNER!!!)

And thanks to Tim, my youngest son, for letting take his picture.

Great job! I know what you mean; I never win anything either, but when I had a photo that did, you can't explain the feeling! Savor it and get busy winning some more!
