Default Opinions on my KATA DBC submission wanted.

I have submitted my design to KATA for their Dream Bag Challenge. My design is a vest system wich makes use of their AB 301 belt and AP family of pouches. This is a design I've been developing for quite some time, and even considered having produced. Now that the idea as been formally submitted, I would really like some feedback. Your opinion is greatly appreciated!

Cool - it's a photo molle vest! Tons of places make the vests for tactical applications. just need to make the camera specific pouches. And actually with the exception of a pouch to carry a large lens, I think most sizes of pouches are already out there.
Take a look at this site. You can design your own vest by picking your color design and adding the attachments of your choice...

Reminds me very much of the military combat armour vests in terms of design and loadout.

KATA already makes the pouches and belt for this system. That's part of the reason I adapted the design slightly to their existing products. I've been using a slightly modified tactical vest for a year now, particularly for wildlife and motorsports.

The design has been approved and is now in the contest gallery.

The one negative is my design was "approved", but they already have a vest using the AP series pouches in development....not sure how that's going to work....They WILL be (already are) building "my dream design", so can I win? They allowed the design into the contest so I guess I could.

On the positive side...they liked my design so much that, regardless of contest results, they are considering including me on the fielding test team for the new vest!
