Exclamation Beach or No Beach?

Hi Everyone,
The weather is pretty cold (in Texas) when it comes to my birthday (NOV). If the weather is a little bit warmer than what we been having here. (for my B-day) Do u think that i wouldn't be the only one at the beach? or do u think ppl will think im crazy?
If so what are some other good ideas that i could do on my birthday?

We been having lows ( in the mornings 57) & highs ( at least one day it hit 80)
What do Ya'll think?

Thanks

I think the beach would be fun! I'm not sure of the climate in Texas I bet you won't be the only one out. There will probably be people out walking their dogs, kids flying kites or old folks out for a stroll hand in hand. If its a really windy day you could take some dramatic shots of large waves with either a fast or slow shutter speed.

My mum lives by the sea and one of my goals is to photograph waves crashing onto rocks in both fast and slow speed.

Around here there is always someone on the beach.

We get great multitudes of snow birds {people that just live here during the winter}. Some of them are nuts when it come to the beach. I've been parked on the beach in my Jeep with the heater running, and wearing a coat, and watched people playing in water.

A couple years ago I watched 2 girls surfing in bikinis, and the water was 58 degrees. I know they had to be freezing. I was cold wearing a 3/2 wet suit.

When the water temps get below 70, I break out the suit.

Well, us Alaskans go to the beach when it's 20 degrees out, so I'm sure you'll be fine

I've got a friend in texas, but I don't think he's near the beach there or I would ask him what its been like.
I say go for it, and if it's not warm enough, then go do something else with your friends, dinner at a nice restaurant (yum steak), etc.

Who cares if people think you are crazy. If you live your life doing things or not doing things because of what other people think, you may not end up doing things you enjoy.

Now, get out there and enjoy your Birthday and every other day.
