Default Thought for the day

Here is something to think about. It is widely used in Real Estate but also applies to the photography business:

"First to respond has a market advantage"

I am a marketing student and it is shown that those who respond to an inquiry (phone, text, email, etc.) within an HOUR, have a greater chance of receiving that prospects business than those who take longer to respond (or don't at all). Promptness is key. The same can be said about arriving on time for appointments.....

Or phoning back within an hour if you say you will. Good old fashioned Customer Service and value for money is key. Unfortunately its all to rare nowadays!!

Basic, good old fashioned courtesy. Goes a long way.

I find that crappy customer service is better....I only get the patient customers who are very determined to utilize my services...

Giving! I must say though....if you have crappy customer service you better be able to deliver the product!
(btw, it's not photography related and I'm not trying to build the business)

Oooh sod that!
I return calls when i am armed with any information they may possibly want - be that in an hour or a day or a couple of days. Rather be a bit late and be polite, professional and courteous then ring back right away and come accross as a bumbling idiot!!

Saying that though i get really annoyed when im on the recieving end of being made to wait lol

Hypocrite, me, never!
