Question Which Photo Project Would You Be Most Likely to Fund?

I am about to seek funding for my first photo documentary and am trying to decide on a topic. Here are the ideas I like most, which would you be most likely to fund? Each project would require less than $5,000 in funding.

1)Life Off the Highway - America's Back Roads (Part 1 - West of the Rockies)

2) The Pacific Coast - One Thousand Miles of Scenic Beauty

3) Sock Monkey See's America (Part 1 - West of the Rockies)

You will need to give a bit more detail if you want 5k in funding and outline what is in it for the person stumping up the cash.

Based on the tiles.
1) Sounds a bit cliched and generic. The sort of photos you have seen a million times. The locations may work but you need to find something more compelling to sell the idea.
2) Sounds like a $5 calendar. Beautiful scenery but it's not very deep and agian, its been done.
3) Cheap and tacky. The sort of project that happens by accident if you have a macot with you while traveling but doing it on purpose sounds a bit contrived.

If you are asking for funding I suspect you need to be a bit more original and revalatory. Think of good causes or something where raising awareness may help.

I'm kind of with the poster above me on this, sounds like the kind of thing that is in 5723489720 coffee table books, none of them really stand out. Maybe you could do something a little different, like pick a certain thing to photograph (like old road signs or a certain make of Toyota) in the area you want to shoot. I know these ideas aren't the best, but maybe you can run with that stream of thought. I wish you luck, it seems like you are going to have fun.

Sorry if this sounded silly, I need more caffine or a nap.
