Default Where Can One Post Panoramas?

I have just gotten into the Panorama Scene, I am using Hugin and finding it exceptional. Some of the landscapes here cannot be shot any other way than a Pano to make it into a truly beautiful scene...

Is there a place here to post Pano's or is there an intrest in doing so?

As long as you don't exceed the 800 pixel limit (on the longest side) for any images posted in a thread, you can post a pano in any appropriate forum, such as SYS, How I Took It, Landscape Photography, etc.

Posting one in a small version and then linking to a larger version on flickr (for example) would work well. The 800 pixel limit may make the panorama too small to appreciate on DPS, but being able to see it on flickr will definitely help.

Good point. Thanks for that.

I suppose you're talking about the ""[IMG]-[/IMG]" tags. If you paste a link of an image between these two tags, it will just display that image in your message.

If you want to display an image and also make it a link, then you have to use combination of [IMG] and [URL] tags, like this one:

[URL="Big picture.jpg"][IMG]Small picture.jpg[/IMG][/ URL]

, except that the last bit is without the space.
In this example, the Small picture will be shown in your post and it will link to Big picture.jpg

If you use flickr its way easier just to grab the HTML from there. Go to all sizes above your photos.
