When I saw the thread title I thought to myself "right, time to load the bitter criticism machinegun" but actually that portfolio is really nice.
Clean layout, nice choice of photos and minimal distratction. Also, very consistent throughout and simple to navigate. Overall, a very good piece of work, even for a pre-generated piece. If I did have to criticise it, AND I DO (else I wouldn't be me), I'd say ditch the "splash image" homepage and just whack your "about me" page there. It's one less click for the end user. If you're REALLY stuck for ideas for content for there, put a blog or something in there or a random photo selector with some blurb about yourself. When you do get around to making your own site, you could do worse than reading the thread on portfolio design in my sig. You might pick up some nifty tips from people there. Hope this helped!

Well, I know diddly squit about websites, so from my complete ignorant perspective (which I reckon could apply to most people who surf the web) I think your site it great. It's nice and simple, I love the white background and it is easy to browse around.
As for the images, they are super! I love the shot of the airliner coming in to land! Your image of you is very different - I hope you had a tight hold on your camera...
