Hang out here. There are weekly assignments, games and other challenges. All seem youth friendly. Maybe get a flickr acct. and join some groups. Alot of them have challenges also. May want to try jpeg.com and I seem to remember a fotofriday.com. Could be one for every day of the week by now.
But out of all of those, DPS is the most youth friendly. Fun for the whole family. Now do your homework! ; )

Veolia Environnement Wildlife Photographer of the Year has an under 18s section. This year's comp is closed, but the next one begins in January.
Tesco (big UK supermarket) have kids_challenge_october for up to 15 years old. and with this one you can win an SLR First ever ePHOTOzine Junior Photography Competition I'm not endorsing any of them, just competitions I came across. DHG edit-- I just had a look at your website, there are a few nice shots in there. The rhino is particularly good. The "ghost" photoshop is pretty good too. Keep up the good work! I'm not sure why there'd be junior photo competitions and sites.
Typically "junior" divisions have different rules to compensate for younger person's size, physical capabilities, safety or inability to handle certain concepts (spatial relationships, logic, cognition, etc). But, for the most part, photography just doesn't have those issues. Good composure as well as the technical aspects of photography can be readily understood by most teens; so with some practice they should be easily able to compete with adults. The only thing unique about "teen" photography might be subject matter. Don't underestimate yourself, I bet you'll fit in just fine here at DPS.
