Default New Zealand Rights

This document (PDF Format) at http://www.aipa.org.nz/archive/clend..._copyright.pdf mostly covers a photographers rights and responsibilities under copyright law. It's written by lawyers working for the AIPA (Advertising & Illustrative Photographers Association) so should be accurate as far as it goes.

I can't find any restrictions apart from these, though I'm sure there are some (Military/Strategic Assets, etc.)

Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder but the angle in which you shoot the picture.

Thanks for the information! Exactly what I was looking for (and thanks to Nicole for pointing me to this thread!).

That link doesn't work any more. I found this one today - Clendons - Photography Law in New Zealand

I've just gone pro with my photography so of course I want to know I'm not going to be treading on someone's toes, breaking the law, invading their privacy, blah, blah, blah.
