Default If you could.....

If you could go anywhere in the world for a week to shoot pictures, where would it be? Why?

I think I would choose Australia, Hawaii, or Rome.

I would go to Australia or Hawaii because there is a ton of wildlife to see there compared to Central New York. I would go to Rome mainly because of the historical significance.

Alaska, especially in and among some of the old mines. Scenery plus ruins = heaven for me. I'm talking about this sort of thing.

Well, yes, but you'll have to travel a lot to see different animals and they're mostly in the outback. :P

New Zealand or Vietnam/Cambodia for me. Europe would be nice. Maybe the US.

I lived in England for 3.5 years, but wasn't that into photography then. I'll have to go back someday. I've been to Hawaii 3 times, but not really into photography when I went.

My wife is "making" me go to Hawaii next year for 2 weeks. (I did promise my aunts back in '98 that I'd come back)

Well Fried,

I live in Sydney and I can walk to the end of my street and see dozens of different birds, goannas, wallabys, echidnas, koalas and even Rusa deer in the Royal National Park.

As well as funnel webs, brown snakes, red bellied black snakes and assorted goof adders.

Cheers,

John W.

Galapagos Islands - For the rare types of wildlife, some of which are only found there.
