Default Critique

Hi everyone, i dont know exactly where to put this on the forum so I will post it here. I hope you all dont mind. I just wanted to get some of your critique and thoughts on my photography. What you see I should work on etc. Any and all posts will be greatly appreciated. I am just trying to grow as a photographer. I have not been doing this long.

First of all, welcome aboard!

There is an entire critique section further down the main index page of the forum. It is broken down into forums for each type/style of photography you may be doing at any given time. You can only post one image for critique per day, so you need to select the one you really want feedback on first. The critique forums are HERE. Also, you should read about posting images from Flickr so that folks can see your image on the forum instead of having to go to your stream. These instructions are HERE. Hope that helps!

To imbed an image from Flickr:

Go to the picture you want to use from Flickr and click on "All Sizes" (above your picture). Select the size you want to display and then look below the picture for the #2 box that says "Grab the photo's URL:". Highlight to select it and then right click the selection and hit Cut (or Copy). Now go back to the DPS (Digital Photography School) post you want to imbed the image in. Click on the yellow and grey icon above the message box (the one that looks a landscape with mountains). In the box that pops up, paste the URL in box (make sure you only have 1 "http://" in the URL line before you hit the Ok button). Hit the Ok button. Click on the "Preview Post" button to see if your picture is imbedded in the post.
