Thumbs up Creative common licenses and more

I have a quick question. I have read all the copyright laws and creative common laws and etc...

(I use Flickr quite often)

My question is - Which is the best law to choose; for not wanting an individual or business to use your photos AT ALL, unless they have your permission.

(They can not download, alter, use, etc...)

P.S. Mods - If this is in the wrong section, I apologize. And please move it to the correct section. Thanks.

In my opinion: The Creative Commons licenses are worthless. Since they do not guarantee anything to the person who might want to use the work (photo, in this case), that person still must contact you to determine if they can use the work or not, and under what conditions.

My photos are "all rights reserved". If someone wants to use one (legally), they'll contact me.

It sounds like that's what you want, anyway.

That sounds to me like you want "All Rights Reserved"
