I wanted to pass on something I found recently.
The History of Photography Podcast It's not strictly a podcast but recording of lectures for the History of Photography class at the College of Dupage. Sounds dull but the instructor,Jeff Curto, is very easy to listen to. He also goes past just names and dates and gets into what those people meant to development of photography. And what makes it all relevant is that, as the instructor points out, many of the issues that were around in photography's history (art photography vs. straight photography for example) are still around today. And, well, since this is a school, I though people here might be interested. Even if you're not interested in history per se, Curto still brings up many interesting philosophical questions that make for some good brain food. Good noodling, if you know what I mean. Maybe it will spark some fresh discussions we can continue in another thread.

Love this one. Also Curto's other podcast, Camera Position.
