I never ask store employee's any questions unless it's regarding the following.
1. Return Policy 2. When they expect something in stock 3. Where something is located Past that I do my own research and answer my own questions. I can't expect someone getting paid 9 - 12 bucks and hour to really care more about my purchases then myself. Their job is to basically make sure the store doesn't get robbed and work the register. I've gotten terrible advice in just about any retail store I've ever gone to. The only place I've found to be somewhat helpful is Home Depot on and Lowe's mostly because I don't own a house and have not researched much on home repair. Then again how important is a bolt, washer or some other cheep adapter?
