Default stupidest thing

what the stupidest or most embarassing thing you've ever done as a photographer? either on a photoshoot or just simply taking pictures of somewhere you went etc.?

mine has to be when i went to the air show recently in toronto and was in a building taking pics then went outside to take pics of the airshow without rechecking my settings. i was really anticipating these shots but totally blew it.it was so blown out i couldnt do anything with the pics *slaps her forhead*
i couldnt even tell my husband what i did. i wouldnt hear the end of it

last night for a competition entry, i spilled 200grams (thats about $4 worth) of 100's and 1000's on the floor.

and even after 30 minutes with the vaucuum cleaner, it still feels like our living room floor is made of sand,
i havn't spoted any ants yet surprisingly.

I have to laugh at this - my 2 year old just emptied a tub on the kitchen floor. Sweep, hoover, and like you say, little bits on 100s and 1000s still sticking to bare feet

ummmm sometimes when I start a shoot I forget to take the lens cap off but I realize it as soon as I put the viewfinder to my eye.

Shooting the majority of roll of film with the lens cap on with my Holga. Also neglecting to keep my 35mm film organized. I have rolls I'm not sure what's on them, then I have 120 film that I'm not even sure have pictures on them.

Grrr I just wrote a long reply. Anyhow a friend of my sister gave his daughters (who were 3 and 5 at the time) disposable cameras to take pictures of anything they fancy and unbeknown to him they took photos of their private parts.

Needless to say he was very red faced when questioned/interrogated by the man at the processing department at Boots.

How embarrassing!

You've just taught me something new. I had to google 100's and 1000's to figure out what you were talking about!

Holy cow, that's a lot of sprinkles to deliberately put on the floor!!

Nothing to do with photography but I once went to a customers office, very smart etc. When I left I walked straight into the broom cupboard and had to come out with the whole office laughing at me!
