I have a random question that I thought you guys might be able to help me with. I have a camera that I am going to sell, and I am having a hard time pricing it. It is a Sony MVC-FD81 Digital Mavica MPEG Movie Digital Still Camera. It has been sitting in the box, is unused, and still has the charger, manual, camera strap, and original box and packaging. I have found prices through online searches ranging from $11 to $899, so I am a little lost on its worth (it was a gift about ten years ago).
Any ideas? ![]() Thanks! Kailan |

I suspect nearer the $11 mark that the $899.....like a lot nearer!
I don't think there's much demand for cameras that shoot onto floppy disks any more. The more expensive cameras could well be newer models that use CDs or DVDs as there's been lots of Mavica cameras over the years. It's not a range of cameras I'm familiar with but that's my gut feeling.

You might find a collector, but I sincerely doubt it.
